In Matica Fintec we take health seriously: the safety of our employees, partner and customers is our top priority.
We have activated strict precautions since the beginning of March, in accordance with the reccomendations given by the Italian Government and the World Health Organization (WHO).
In order to ensure business continuity, together with the health of our employees and partner, Matica Fintec adopted the following precautions:
• We implemented the smart-work, as recommended by the Italian Government. Thanks to our infrastructure and IT tools we can easily have online meetings and assist our customer everyday with no limitation
• We measure the temperature of all our employees when they reach the company, supply them with masks and gloves and we mantain the distance of 1 meter
• Our manufacturing sites are operating with additional precautions including sanitisation of facilities, shift adjustments and spacing increases
• We have limited outside visitors to our facilities and apply all safety measures
• We postponed all business travel of our TCC and sales personnelle until further notice
• We set up a temporary commitee who is in charge of supervising the right application of the rules implemented by the company, as per the Government protocol.
